50 companies cut 9,000 jobs in 2013

The 50 largest public companies in the country cut 9,111 jobs in the first quarter of 2013. According to an exercise conducted by El Financiero, the decline is 0.53 percent of the reported work places at the end of 2012.

US create 10% of jobs in Querétaro.


In Queretaro 1 in 10 jobs comes as U.S. investment, because between foreign companies settled in the State, one in two vacancies shall offer the U.S. The State Labour Secretary, Tonatiuh Salinas Muñoz, said the country that employs workforce in Queretaro is America, with about 49 percent of employment generation in the State.

Record in Social Security Affiliate

Queretaro population of IMSS affiliates increased and dependence coverage has reached a record in providing services to approximately 1,400,00 inhabitants in the State through two hospitals, 23 units of Family Medicine and Medical Unit Ambulatory Care. Based on data from the Chief of Medical Services, this population comes from the 18 municipalities of the State.
